Beyond payroll, Craig brings unique expertise in health benefits and Medicare guidance, allowing him to support business owners and employees through every stage of workforce and retirement planning. His down-to-earth, client-first approach has made him a trusted advisor to businesses and professionals across Rhode Island and beyond.
A lifelong Rhode Islander, Craig is active in his community, his church, and most importantly, with his wife and three children—his greatest source of purpose and motivation.
Patricia Lyons-Bousquet
PatriciaLyons-Bousquet, J.D. is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of comprehensive experience in Human Resources and management across diverse industries. Her expertise spans all functional areas of HR, encompassing compliance, agile project management, performance management, organizational design, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEIB), and culture development.
Professional Experience: Throughout her career, Patty has provided invaluable support and guidance to businesses in various sectors, including non-profit, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, and technology. Her adeptness in navigating complex HR landscapes has enabled organizations to thrive amidst evolving challenges and dynamic environments.
Education: Patty holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University and a Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law. Her educational background equips her with a multifaceted understanding of legal frameworks and their applications within the realm of Human Resources.
Certifications: She has earned prestigious designations including the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute. Additionally, her proficiency extends to disciplines such as DISC and Agile Project Management.
Volunteer Work: Patty's commitment to advancing her field extends beyond her professional endeavors. She has served on the Board of Rhode Island SHRM for several years, currently holding the esteemed position of State Council Director at Large.
