Peralta were friends first, then built GP Law together as co-founders, and they're joining us to unpack the full range of what happens when relationships and hierarchy collide: splitting decisions with no org chart to hide behind, staying real work partners without losing the friendship, navigating it when a friend becomes your boss or you become theirs, and knowing which conversation you're actually having when things get tense, the business one or the personal one.
