Universal Banker - Dean Bank

Dean Bank is actively looking for Universal Bankers in our Bellingham and Blackstone branches.   Are you someone who loves helping people, building relationships and making a real impact in your community? What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional service to customers in person, by phone and through digital channels
• Process a wide range of banking transactions accurately and securely
• Identify opportunities to sell and cross-sell deposit products, loans, and financial services
• Build rapport and long-term relationships while complying with banking regulations
• Support daily branch operations, including cash handling, balancing, and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a sales, service or customer-focused environment preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Attention to detail, integrity, and a commitment to customer confidentiality
• Ability to handle basic math and follow policies, procedures, and regulations
